I wasn’t born strong — I built it!
My story is about fighting back and pushing forward, from military life to mental health recovery, from powerlifting platforms to bodybuilding stages.
I served in the British military from 2013 to 2017 until I was medically discharged following an ADHD diagnosis. That moment shook everything. But fitness gave me a way back, back to focus, back to discipline, and back to myself.
Since then, I’ve coached hundreds of people to do the same: to use training as a tool for both body and mind. I’m a mum to my little boy Issac, and I’m loud, honest, and 100% in your corner from day one. I hold titles in powerlifting, including Queen of the North 2024. Right now, I’m deep in the grind of bodybuilding prep because I believe that if you push your body, you can shape your life.
I’m also proud to be an ambassador for Mente Health, using my platform to open conversations about mental health, ADHD, recovery, and resilience.
This isn’t about being perfect. It’s about showing up. Let’s train.
Strength looks different on everyone.
Here’s a glimpse of my journey. Progress isn’t always pretty, but it’s always worth it.
